A Hidden Gem Worth Discovering! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible RV park, and I’m almost hesitant to share just how amazing it is—it's such a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, the office staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and quick. They provided excellent recommendations on local attractions and activities, and their on-site shop for quick needs was incredibly convenient. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the breathtaking views and the pristine lake. The natural beauty of the area was just what we were looking for, and it truly felt like a well-kept secret. The friendly atmosphere was a standout feature. We encountered several fantastic staff members, including Jackson and Koda, as well as the wonderful ladies at the cafe. Apologies for not remembering all their names, but their service was top-notch! I might have overindulged in the onion rings, but they were worth it! A special thank you to Mr. Smith for assisting with our Starlink. The addition of WiFi in the area was a lifesaver when our Starlink had issues. Lastly, while it’s not directly related to the RV park, the local vendors selling corn, pies, sweets, and eggs were a delightful bonus. They added a wonderful local touch to our stay. This place is truly a treasure, and I’m looking forward to returning. I’ll only share a couple of photos because I want to keep this gem my little secret! See you all real soon! Meredith and Ryan :)

Great lake, lots to do including boat and paddle board rentals. Cabins are directly on the beach with upgraded bathrooms and air conditioning in every cabin. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, with an overall welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. There is no fuel for vehicles out there tho so make sure you have has before heading past the Ashton Creek store.

We have been doing a family holiday here every year for the past 5 years. We go with a few other families that stay in the cabins and campground. We love the location and although the beach front cabins are a bit dated inside they have got some noticeable upgrades since the new management. New vinyl flooring and an AC unit which is a game changer as it gets hot here. Since we have been coming here for a while we are aware internet isn't the greatest so we rented a starlink, keeping us connected (if that's what you want to do).

We stayed in the RV Park for 10 days, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Campground is well kept. Beautiful marina, nice beach. The store is well stocked with necessities. My only complaint would be the golf cart noise, but as there is also a lovely golf course up top, I'm certain that noise is unavoidable.

We stayed here in 5 cabins with our extended family and loved it. The location of the cabins to the beach make it very convenient for families. Babies can nap while we sit on the beach and relax, children don’t have to cross any busy roads to run down to the lake, and the “road” in front of the cabin is essentially dead end road with one one or two other private houses beyond it so we don’t have to worry about the kids biking around or leaving stuff out. The lake was lower (end of june) so we had a good beach and we didn’t experience any swimmers itch that others were talking about. We took our quads and explored the trails in the area. We had a couple kayak’s, tubes and paddle boards along and used them every day, and also rented Seadoo’s one day for fun. We didn’t catch any fish but there were lots around. Cabins were great, very clean, everything worked and all have air-co! No cellular other than a few nights but there is wifi on the beach and most of the cabins (just not cabin 1). Overall a great stay! We’ll be back!

We have had the privilege of delivering our RV rental trailers here for several years. The staff and new owners are fantastic to deal with and very accommodating! They have a great little store with everything you could ever need. Be sure to get a cone at the ice cream shop and enjoy it on their upper deck with a million dollar view of the lake!
